DAY1: Marrakesh

Transfer from the airport to your hotel-riad near Jemâa el Fna square.Depending on your arrival time you will visit the city on the first or the last day. Marrakech is a magical city. Don’t miss going to the square.Accommodation: Palm Menara.Meals: Dinner Note: Bikes Parking at the Hotel

Mountain biking Morocco in the Ait You desertIn 4×4 crossing the High Atlas, Ouarzazate and the valley of the kasbahs. Very nice road.The raid begins with the descent of the tizi n’Ti’louit (2005m) towards the Valley of the Roses, with ocher-red lands.Lunch in a family kasbah in the Valley of Roses at Bou Taghrar (1550m).In the afternoon crossing the high desert of Aït Youl (1547m). Visit of the Kasbah. Ascent in the spectacular Dadès valley to the gorges (1662m).Hotel in the Dades Gorges.Superb 300 km transfer.Mountain biking: 41km, trail 17, road or trails 24. Easy terrain.

In 4×4 the upper Dades valley – exceptional natural sites: monkey fingers, gorges, Dades turtle – to Jebel Arhen Bou n’Ouerz and its Andean landscapes.The raid begins at Tizi n’Ouerz (2892m) with a 24 km descent towards the mountain pastures and the village of Agoudal (2486m). Lunch.In the afternoon we follow the upper courtyard of the assif Melloul on the ocher-yellow highlands to Imilchil (2119m) known for its fiancés party (36km).Hotel in Agoudal or Imilchil.140 km between the gorges and Imilchil.Mountain biking: 50km of track, 10km mountain road.Easy terrain.

In 4×4 we cross the lake of Tislit.We take our bikes at the beginning of the track. Highlands day. Nomads and herds roam them from the month of May.Lunch at Tasraft (2083m).At the end of the afternoon, a steep descent -12km- to the Anergui circus (1441m).Night in a lodge.75 km between Imilchil and Anergui.Mountain biking: 40km of track.Stony ground Crossing wadis.

Beautiful gorges of the assif Melloul still in water. Stone and adobe houses, numerous villages, nomads, magnificent landscapes.Lunch at 1200m near the rock called “the Cathedral”.In the afternoon, tour of the Cathedral. Trails in the pine forests.Night in a lodge.35km of small track between Anergui and the Cathedral.Tour of the Cathedral 20km (half track, half paths).MTB: 55km.Medium terrain.

In the morning climb to 1912m (in 4×4, mountain bike for those who wish) before the descent to Zawyat Ahançal (1595m).In the afternoon, discovery of the Cirque de Taghia, the Moroccan Dolomites, a mecca for climbing.Night in a lodge.45 km of track between La Cathédrale and Zawyat Ahançal (sometimes written with a ç, sometimes with an s).Medium terrain.Total drop: +1320m, -840m.

Last day of raid. In 4×4 we take advantage of the brand new tarmac to quickly get to the tizi n’ Tighrist and ride our bikes to descend towards the beautiful valley of Aït Bougmez to the 28 villages.At the end of the afternoon we reach Marrakech in 4×4. Stop at the natural bridge of Imi n’Ifri.Riad night in the medina.30 to 40km.Easy terrain.
