This tour will take you down the road (or off road) less travelled in the serene Ouirgane Valley of Asni.
The tour starts at the stunning & traditional Villa Ouirgane and ascends 7km uphill towards a small hidden village where a friendly smiling local Berber meets us.
The first break will be in the village of Tinzert where you will be welcomed by a typical Berber breakfast which consists of homemade baked bread, vibrant olive oil, country eggs, and classically made mint tea.
These delicious treats are enjoyed while overlooking the amazing lake of Asni Ouirgane with magnificent views over mount Toubkal and the mountains.
After some rest and relaxation, we descend to the gorgeous plateau that sits protected on all sides by rich red earth gorges.
We continue along the terrain and road with a magnificent sensory overload of nature’s beauty.
You will experience the foothills of the majestic high Atlas Mountains, blue babbling streams, fragrant pine forests and untouched salt mines.
